Lu and Her New Coffee Blend

As I read a recent reply from Lu Skerdoo, she was describing a new coffee blend she had discovered. This coffee blend she found is called Blonde Roast. I tried to answer her reply, but I quickly realized my reply, was more of an article. Here Goes:
