First, another great article, i love the research you give your articles..That being said, From someone who has been through a divorce, or two (?), There is no way I would agree to this.

There will be some civil lawsuits over this at some time in the future.. At least a divorce has some parameters, a few anyway, and some precedents from previous law suits... However, I can't wait to see what kind of a civil law suit this could bring out. I promise you, in Louisiana one day this will be a huge lawsuit... They are probably teaching how to try this case in Law Schools already... Nope, ..got me once,... or twice,(?), lol... besides my wife knows that karate, kung fu stuff... lol... I'm good...
