I totally agree with the 3:1 follower ratio. At first, for me, it was probably even higher than that. I got the 100 in less than two months, and now my goal is 500 followers by January 1, 2022. Present count 488.

I like your approach with Medium.

I also wrote a 100 Followers article when I first gor on. It is more of a humorous poem, that I tried to get my message across.
