The coy, flirtatious smile, or as I call it,,, a Trouble smile.. lol .. and as far as laughs go, .. There is nothing better than telling a story, and the other person responds with a "Big Belly Laugh", the one where that person just doubles over laughing.... Usually this is accomplished when someone gets hurt, lol
