Great article. I admire your sister for her "No Cokes" policy. My Doctor is the sweetest "Indian" Lady Doctor in the world. She can give, rather demand, some serious orders for me to follow, but says it in the nicest, truly most heart felt accent in the world. There is no way, you can so No to her. She was a new Doctor to me. When she asked me how many colas I drink a day, she dropped her clipboard, and I though we needed to trade places, and she should sit down. lol...

Safe to say, she gave me two ultimatums. And I did not like #2 at all. I went back to her in 6 months and I had lost a lot of weight. With that and other complications, I am so much better, healthier, now.
