Great Tribute to Divit... What a great story, and I am sorr for your loss. I used to raise GS, and I love that breed of dog.

Our local Sheriff's Office, and most every big city will spend thousands of dollars on just one Police K-9 dog. Sometime a required trip is mandator to Belgium to train with the dogs..... However, our Local Sheriff's Office has now devised a plan to use rescue dogs. I enclosed an article about that.

I believe they are only used for drug detection and tracking... I might be wrong...

Either way, Great story, and it reminds me of my favorite GS named Raider... R.I.P. Raider
