No it did not, as I never asked about a windmill in France...

So I went to my phone, and asked "A windmill in France" Now I am upset, I never asked about a windmill in France, but I need closure.

Oddly enough there is only one functioning windmill in Paris France, called the Blue-Fin Windmill.
