Hello BeBe, That is a great story, and one that really makes you think. I was looking at selling also, but as you said, Then what. I would be lucky to turn my new found profit back into a sililar house to the one I already have.

I am worried these house prices will crash, at there will be a lot of people with a house note, that is way more than the house is worth.

Either way, I am never on the right side of that buble...lol
