Thanks for the words of encouragement. Yea, the beignets have to have a seperate bag of white powder sugar, because the beignets come out of extremely hot boiling cooking oil, If you pourd whit powder sugar on that, it would just vaporize.... As they cool off,just pour the sugar out of the bag on them, or in the cafe just spoon it up on the beignet. Either way so good. I did see in the video, someone was dunking their beignet in the coffee... They must be from Texas, lol
