First Welcome Aboard, to the best community in Medium, at least in my own humble opinion. Second I love your painting you enclosed, I will have to show that to my sis, who is a huge book reader. Third- You have a great MIL and FIL, I have got to know them through Lu's stories.. Which she has some funny stories for sure.

You are lucky to have her as a Mentor, Lord knows I was lost in medium, until I found her, and two other writer's Nancy Blackman, and Pam Winter.

I have been writing all my life, poems, and stories. Now I write about those experiences. and some new one.

I believe you will like it here, and I can't wait to hear more of your stories.....

PS: Feel free to write stories about your MIL, lol.
