The cop was wrong, as you said, in Texas Horses are just another form of transportation. How does a Texas cop not know that?

But then again this cop thought horses had Park, lol...

I had a duck land in my yard months ago. I wrote an article on it. Long story short, he rehabs animals. Now he has chickens... Actually, he had chickens. Neighbors complained, and I have not heard any chickens.

We have the city ordinances also, but invariably, there is always that one neighbor... lol
