I am no religious counselor, by far. However, from what I read, it sounds to me, God gave Shirley one more week to open her heart and accept Christ as her Savior. God also gave someone (you) a chance to speak to Shirley about salvation, one last time.

The fact the only person she spoke to was was you when she said, "Hello Lu".... That to me, was your sign from God, that Shirley accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

Either way, you tried, and did your best, you should have peace in that.

But from what I read, I believe Shirley is in Heave, sitting on the right han of God.
