I am probably the last person to ask any advice from. Before pandemic, I was on KETO, and I lost quite a bit of weight. Today I stil try to keep the sugar and carbs low, however....
When Pandemic hit and I work fron home now, the fridge is just 10 steps from my desk, the kitchen is just right there >>>>>.
I am not getting my execise, but I have made a May resolution. 1) This past weekend I used the push mower, and parked the riding mower. 2) I walk the propert killing weeds, 3) I took up gardening. 4) I am more mindful what I am eating. However, that is not enough, I need to join a gym, or walk more, or something.
