I was raised in a Baptist house where my grandfather was a Baptist Preacher. I was taught about love and forgiveness all my young life. As an adult, the definition of forgiveness changed dramatcally..

I went to a church once, as an adult, where the congregation wanted to oust our Preacher, and probably would have stoned him, if it was legal. ..He spoke out of turn once, about some one in the congrgation. But I could not cast a vote, to get rid of the Preacher. When I reminded people about forgiveness, I thought I would be stoned too. The Priest made a mistake, ok... and?

By the way, (true story) my marriage license has my name as, Steve. I told my wife, I will never correct this, this could be my Golden ticket out one day. .... She handed me a sleeping bag... lol

AL. (or maybe Steve?)
