I Would Like to Apologize Early
If I was a bully in the third grade
Was I a bully in third grade?
The short answer is no. I was not a bully in the third grade or any grade for that matter. If anything, I would stand up for people, especially my sister, who oddly enough, is quite capable of taking care of herself.
When she was in college, I would visit her and her roommate on the weekends. At this time, I was a Senior in high school. What could possibly go wrong?
In this small college town, there were only two college bars you could go to. One had a rough history of fighting and such. Guess which one we went to?
Little brother taking up for his sister.
In the parking lot, a biker-dude offered my sister a drink. She told him no, but he insisted and called her a couple of names.
I grabbed the biker dude's wrist and said, “She said she does not want a drink.” Did I mention the biker was sitting on his bike? What I do know is that was the last thing I remembered saying for a couple of hours.
Overall, it was not too bad. I received a lot of sympathy from my sister’s gal-pals. Plus, my black-eye was the coolest story back in my high school on the following Monday morning.
