My Last Letter of Recommendation Since when did this become difficult?

This week I just read a great article, on ethics in a workplace. It is a great article. I agree with Medium writer Pauline Evanosky and all of her article which I read. It also covered a few topics that are so important in many situations, however especially in the workplace. Such as:

• What you can say to someone, making a request about a current employee?
• This is a great question which may or may not have some legal consequences. People in the workforce especially should be very aware of this question and this topic.
• How to properly dress in an office. This can be sorta touchy in some businesses, however a well written policy can certainly help.
• I have worked closely with Human Resources (H.R.) before, and drafting policy, all very interesting to me.

I was paraphrasing above. So, before I go any further, let me tell you, who this member of my medium community is again. Her name is Pauline Evanosky.
