Living in the south I have grown up with so many different sayings and phrases. However, as the title suggests, these sayings and phrases are probably said all over the country as well.

The more I researched this, the more I have definitely found slang, different lingos, and accents all over the country. It is sort of like Canada with their “Canada Eh?”

I went to an international convention once and began talking like a Canadian Canuck, “Eh”, in a matter of minutes. Canadians are a great group of people.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police

If you ever have the opportunity to see the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, by all means, go see them. I have never been more impressed in my life. Their uniforms alone are like nothing I have ever seen.

The one thing I remember about the Royal Canadian Mounted Police is their size. There has to be a mark on a wall somewhere very high up that says if you are not this tall, do not apply. They are just awesome, Much respect for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.

Living next door to Texas, I think my accent is more Texan than my home state of Louisiana. That is especially true in south Louisiana…
