Thanks for the article, it was very informitive. I gotta admit, There is no way I could count backwards from 100 by 7... On the other hand My Mom lived to be 94 also. She had a great long term memory, and could tell you all about her elementary school, her teachers name, and the only other stundent in her class. As far as what happenned 5 minutes ago, she had no clue. My sister had missed probably 20 years of Mother's Day. My sis told me, "In one visit I told Mom Happy Mothers Day 20 times, and each time was a new Mothers Day wish for her" .. I sorta liked that, they both made up for 20 years. It was sad to see her memory fade, but she was happy.
I forget things too, I will set my alarm on my phone with a message of what I am suppose to do, at that time... I just call it being forgetful.
