The Talk, You Know The One

I recently read an article from one of our great writers in our community, Pam Winter. Pam’s article is titled: “Mr. Pam and I Had “The Talk.” I will include Pam Winter’s article at the end of this post.

I have to be honest here, I got a littke confused on the term, “The Talk.”

The Talk and Me

I have had “The Talk” with wifey on many different subjects, and they all start with, “We have to talk,” you know, “The Talk.” That always scares me.

“The Talk” for me could be anything from No Pets, to why did you buy four steaks instead of two? What kind of a car do we want next, to Life Insurance, and Legal Wills, to really, just The Talk, about anything.

Then just as predicted, The Talk, usually, always ends with me saying, “Yes Ma’am.”

Spoiler Alert: We can put one of those to rest. We are not getting another car anytime soon.

The Talk and After-Care

So, when I saw Pam Winter’s topic of The Talk, I Immediately thouht of The Talk, as in after-care. Which would more than likely affect me first. At least it would, according to every insurance policy I have ever seen.
