Very Powerful!

I have written poems of sad things in my past, "Space Shuttle Columbia", for one. However, this school shooting in Texas, has me so sad for the loss of these innocent children, and two teachers. I am a teacher myself, and the pain and shock of it all had to be frightening. Thank God for our First Responders.

Thank you for writing this poem, it preserves history, and helps in the healing process.

I might write a general poem about school shootings, but this one really hit me hard.
