We have what we reverently call "Filippino Central" in our city. Nothing moves in Filippino Central, without some body knowing it. It seems all Filippino's are first given wifey's number. She is like the Welcome Committee. Her nickname here is Chairman of the Board. She knows all the activities that happen here. When the three Nurses arrived, someone said, you have to meet Wifey Wire, and the rest is history.
