First I am sorry for the loss of your Dad, You and your family are blessed to have had so many years with him.

It reminds me so much of my parents. We just lost our Mom two years ago this month.

My step-day is right behind her. The both have / or had some form of dementia.

lol...I have heard those same arguments and good times in football here in Louisiana as well. I am in Louisiana and 3 hhrs to Dalls ans 6 8 hrs from New Orleans. I have always been a Cowboys fan. I remember as a young child sitting in the recliner with my dat, as he was a huge Cowboys fan.

Funny story, when we cleaned out Mom's house, I found a sports book about the Saints. My Dad had hiighlighted a lot of the book, and oh btw, he was raised in N.O.

We all laughed and figured he was a closet Saints fan before he passed... I guess I have to get a black and gold jersey now, lol

By the way, when I see the Vikings play this year, I will remember this story of your dad.
